Home description. 487 Stevens Creek Rd. (second driveway on left past flashing light).   We are located near the intersection of Evans to Locks Rd. and Stevens Creek Rd.   This provides easy access to Washington Rd. near the Augusta National and to Evans town center area (down Evans to Locks Rd.).  Much of the space between these is filled with commercial areas along Washington.  We are about as close as you can get to the Savannah Rapids Pavilion park which is at the headgates to the Augusta Canal (walking, jogging, biking path five miles long between the canal and river).  The park entrance is one mile from our house.

The house has ~3000 square feet, front porch, back deckssssss, pool (heated if desired), large fenced backyard and more.

Master BR:  New King bed, 25" TV, VCR, alarm clock.  Master bath has new whirlpool tub/shower.  Ceiling fan/light.

Guest BR: Queen waterbed.  Has full (shower/tub) bathroom in the hall next to it, other end of hall can be shut off so that this room and bathroom is like a private suite for night/morning use. Ceiling fan/light.

Upstairs BR (front): Twin bed.  15" TV/VCR, alarm clock, small cassette stereo.  Full bathroom (shower/tub) in hall shared with other upstairs bedroom.   Ceiling fan/light.

Upstairs BR (back): Bunkbed.  Bottom bunk is full size, top is twin.   15" TV/VCR, alarm clock, cd and cassette stereo system. Full bathroom in hall shared with other upstairs room. Ceiling fan/light.

Computer Room:  This is an open room to the right of the front entrance of the house, but does have a queen size thick mattress futon.  The computer has high speed cable internet access.  There is also an electronic dart board in this room. 

Living Room:  This is the main living area (large room ~18'x24') and has a 29" TV with VCR and stereo.  Wood burning fireplace, great new sofa and loveseat.  Ceiling fan/light.

Dining Room:  Table has 6 matching chairs plus plenty of room for additional chairs.  The table can easily seat 8-10 with leaves in.  

Kitchen:  Has three areas.  A kitchen table that seats 4. TV in the table area.  This area has a door leading to the back deckssss. A food prep area with double electric ovens, electric stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, side by side refrig/freezer, garbage disposal.  On the far side of the kitchen is a desk area across from a large laundry closet with a standup freezer.   This has a second door leading to the back yard. Central light with  a ceiling fan/light on each side area.

Garage/Parking:  Two car garage (two separate doors with separate openers).   Long driveway with ample parking space on concrete or on grass aside the garage, or on grass sidelawn. 

Front Yard:  Large river birch trees, many azalias, birds.  Front porch has two rocking chairs and a hanging swing/bench.

Back Yard:  Large with one level of deck having built in benches.  Upper level has three large sections, then there is the decking around the pool (can be heated for swimming).  Beautiful night sky.  More full size trees (away from pool).   Trampoline with side net.  Tire swing.  Propane gas grill. Tetherball.    AND one huge treehouse/playfort under construction.  There are light switches to the backyard next to each of the kitchen doors.  Plenty of light out back.  

Front Entrance:  You enter the house on hardwood floors with several space rugs.   The kitchen is forward down the hall in front of you.  The large open living room is to your left.  The computer room and then dining room is to the right.   Forward to the left is a hall to the master bedroom.  Forward to the left past this hall are stairs (up).  Foward to the right is a coat closet.
