Assignment 2   Week Starting August 28

Quiz2 (online) is due by August 29     We have a short in class reading quiz on ch. 2 on Tuesday August 29.  Things like metric prefixes or trig. definitions, definitions for displacement, velocity, acceleration, and simple use of related formulas.

Quiz3 (Sept. 8)

You should be working on Ch2 problems (see the my solutions to textbook problems).  NOTE I HAVE ALL PROBLEM SOLUTIONS LISTED AS NUMBERED FROM THE SECOND EDITION TEXT.  I HAVE 3RD EDITION CORRELATIONS POSTED. 

We will be done with in class time on ch2 by about mid this week  and started on vectors and 2D motion.

There will be an in class quiz on some of this during week 3 (I'll announce ).  I'll give more details in next assignment page.  (Kinematic equations and vectors)

Keep ahead looking at quizzes and problems.
