HW ch. 1-- B----1.18, 1.20, 1.21 a,b, 1.31, 1.32   DUE  SEPT. 4

Keep ahead on the reading.   Ch. 1 is long and has a lot of important material.   By the end of the week you should start looking at some ch. 2 reading (really--keep ahead and read prior to lecture).
